He grew up in a combat zone with his younger sister, where both fought in a war from their youth onward. An inexplicable anomaly marked the end of said war, endowing Hei with dangerous abilities. [Addendum] An electromagnetic disaster is suspected to be the cause of this event and is linked to the subject's sister in origin. A sizable portion of land on Earth disappeared and the subject's sister was lost. ✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Also known as Li Shengshun. He's outwardly introverted and he tends to keep to himself, but he's very helpful and rarely turns down a need for assistance. Appears to be a bit shy and clumsy.
