An encyclopedic knowledge of and ability to see spiritual creatures known as mushi. ✖ BACKGROUND: After an encounter with a strange mushi as a child left him with an altered appearance and no recollection of his past, Ginko spent his days apprenticing under a number of unsavory mushishi who used him and his tendency to attract mushi in order to scam innocent townsfolk. A later encounter with a nature spirit that he unintentionally almost destroys leaves him with a much more optimistic view on life, and he sets out to study mushi on his own. He then spends his years traveling all throughout Japan and assisting any people who may have been affected by these strange creatures. ✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Laid-back, compassionate, and slightly shrewd. Ginko knows how to keep a cool and level head in surprising and dangerous situations, and as a result can make quick assessments for the best course of action. His compassion for others makes him willing to lend a helping hand when able, but less inclined to resort to any sort of violence.
