✖ BACKGROUND: Born on Endymion, Catherine Halsey's meteoric rise started from a young age. Conceptualizing the beginnings of the lifesaving SPARTAN-II program at age 19, she has been an unstoppable force for progress and science by any means necessary. Her creations have influenced everything from war efforts to space travel to AI and computer systems, and her name is known throughout the galaxy as one of the single most intelligent woman alive. Well, that was the case until she got on the wrong side of ONI and was arrested as a war criminal. Now 66, she has abandoned her previous life in search of the ultimate truth - the secrets of the Forerunners, and she's doing it with the enemy's help. Whose side is she on? Maybe she doesn't even know.
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Cold and distant to many, Catherine plays favorites and isn't afraid to make enemies. Her goals are simple: autonomy and exploration. If she can't save her home, then she can abandon it to the whims of the universe, preserving what artifacts they'll allow. While not narcissistic, she is confident and bold when she believes she is right, and will accomplish any and all goals by any means necessary, ethical or not.

✖ BACKGROUND: Abandoned as an infant and left to a convent in Ukraine, Helena was raised on strict Orthodox Christian ideals until she was taken at age twelve. From there, she was raised as an assassin specifically meant to target her own clones in order to purge the world of all but herself, the "original".
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Unstable. Marked antisocial tendencies observed. "Shoot first, ask questions later." Doesn't play well with others. Definitely bites. With only a primitive understanding of the human condition as a whole, Helena is both childlike and ruthless at once, a walking and breathing oxymoron.

✖ BACKGROUND: Born to an ordinary household, Jean Kirstein (or affectionately, 'Jeanbo') started military training at the age of 12 with the clear objective of enlisting with the Military Police. Prepped to live in the (relative) lap of luxury three years later, Wall Rose was catastrophically breached shortly before his graduation. He took lead of the trainees in the resulting chaos, saving (and sacrificing) several lives in the process. Seeing the carnage motivates him to join the Survey Corps, dedicating himself to humanity's cause.
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Often self-absorbed, abrasive, and honest to a fault, Kirstein causes friction in social environments with his attitude and prickly temper. Following his first contact with Titans, however, he has dropped a number of behavioral issues. Quick-thinking and responsible, his critical mind and flawed personality both make him a relatable soldier with some promise for command work. Often at odds with his own cynical, cowardly nature, he actively attempts to improve, though it is unclear at this time how successful his efforts will be. Generally considered as having potential—and squandering it.

✖ BACKGROUND: The "devourer of dreams", Baku eats the nightmares and bad dreams of those who give her permission. When the Gods literally put their fate into the hands of humanity, they also created a group of soldier-like figures known as Enforcers to keep the peace between the two worlds. Baku has been one for the last five hundred years, and while sometimes unorthodox in her decisions, sticks to her desire to protect humanity.
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Responsible, loyal, and hard-working, Baku is a quiet creature who prefers to work by herself, but can play nice with others, too. While she may be a little blunt at times, particularly in the face of stubborn individuals regardless of their rank, she's also dependable and will always pay someone back if they've helped her in some way. On the other hand, while she looks for alternatives to destroying others, she has a ruthless side, as well.

He rescued himself and began a never-ending search for his True Love, eventually coming to work at the Jack of All Trades business with Jack Beanstalk to serve Match District & the Chessboard.
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Socially awkward due to his inexperience dealing with people, Rapunzel worries about how to act constantly. For this reason he's often quiet and someone of few words. He can be rather simplistic and always speaks his mind whether he should or not. Rapunzel's an idealist who believes in True Love and Happy Endings, and acting as a Hero Should. He's constantly trying to improve himself and live up to his own ideals no matter how impossible they are.

✖ BACKGROUND: Agent Morir was consigned from the planet of Oscyria, previously designated an interstellar slaving hub known for branding their property medically with what was known as the 'Reanimation Virus.' While an Oscyrian citizen, the agent was involved in both street and international crime. She has been involved in art forgery and the counterfeiting of currency, as well as of identification documentations. She maintained a varied criminal network until such time as an extremist organization incurred a large scale spread of the Reanimation Virus, triggering a chain of events leading to the planet's downfall. A very small portion of the population were evacuated, the agent is one of few survivors left inside the quarantine zone. She was collected for use by the CDC five months post-quarantine. Advanced medical was required upon arrival to treat the agent for infection.
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Medical has determined that the agent displays 87.50% of Factor 1 which captures the core personality traits of psychopathy that define the interpersonal and affective deficits of this personality disorder (e.g. shallow affect, superficial charm, manipulativeness, lack of empathy) and that are correlated with narcissistic personality disorder, low anxiety, low empathy, low stress reaction and low suicide risk. Factor 1 is also associated with extraversion and positive affect - affected persons usually score high on scales of achievement and well-being in terms of nondeviant social functioning or if it comes to profit from manipulation or lies. She is cunning, capable, but does not respect authority. She is sensation-seeking and must be monitored for excessive behavior and predatory moves towards other agents for her own amusement.

Yuuto is both a civil servant and a Seven Angel (Dragon of Earth). He works to make the lives of those living in Tokyo easier while also assisting a supernatural group that's wish is the death of all humanity. Unsurprisingly, he does not particularly like that people know the latter side of him and would rather that people just consider him a bureaucrat. Also, he, himself, has no negative feelings towards humans and quite likes everyone. But fate is fate and his fate has lead him to the CDC now.
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT:
Surprisingly easy to get along with, Yuuto does his best to try to put everyone's feelings before his own. He is the best sort of person to confide in as he has no intention of sharing any secrets given to him. But, be aware that he is an extremely flippant person who also tries to hold no attachment to anyone or anything. And while he would rather talk his way out of an unncessary fight, has no qualms with attempting to kill those who decide to still want to do battle with him.

✖ BACKGROUND: Temeraire's egg was laid in China during the beginning of the Napoleonic wars as part of a twin set; to avoid conflicts between the royal family, he was originally to be shipped to France, to serve as companion to Napoleon, but instead was captured by a British ship, and hatched aboard the HMS Reliant; here, he bonded with William Laurence, and both joined the British Aerial corps soon after. Shortly after his first few battles, he was required to visit China with his captain to sort out the question of the legality of his presence in the Corps; while there, he saw dragons with the same rights as humans, rather than with only those you might afford a beast of burden, and has been agitating for those same rights in Britain ever since, with fair success. Temeraire was taken during the French invasion of Russia in 1812, shortly after the first snowfall of the Russian winter.
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Curious, blunt, possessive, and practical, Temeraire is everything you'd expect from a dragon and more. He cares intensely for his crew and captain, and is fairly attached to his possessions, too; he has magpie-like tendencies towards treasure. He cares little for politics and subtle tactics; he prefers blunt solutions and direct, obvious statements. He isn't incapable of other tactics, but he never enjoys using them. Temeraire believes very strongly in advancement, progress, and equality, and has an enormously powerful sense of justice. He's also an avid scholar. Temeraire's greatest flaw is his vanity; he is enormously proud of himself, his crew, and his captain. Despite this, he is still maturing in personality, and is able to consider the needs of others alongside his own.

✖ BACKGROUND: Commander-in-chief of a mercenary force on what many would consider modern day earth, Big Boss has been raised and trained as an elite soldier from a very young age. As a result, he quickly rose to the top of the US Military and became one of their most renowned operatives, and is currently considered a legend in the blackops world due to his numerous exploits. In recognition of his invaluable services, he has been given various military titles and awards, such as his codename 'Big Boss' and the Distinguished Service Cross. At some point in his life (presumably due to dissatisfaction) he decided to leave the army and work freelance instead, to make a living as gun for hire and sell his skills to the highest bidder. During this time, he formed a self-sufficient unit called the Militaires Sans Frontières, a private militia without nation, ideology, or isms, which has a long list of clients primarily consisting of governments from all around the world. Following a large-scale attack by an unknown enemy on their home base, the current state of MSF is uncertain.
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Psychological profile indicates that Big Boss suffers post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and can be extremely emotionally volatile. Despite that, he usually presents himself as a calm, collected and thoughtful individual and remains professional while on duty. He seems to be very loyal to and protective of those he considers his allies, and will go to great lengths to ensure their safety, even endangering his own. Has a problem with figures of authority and prefers to play by his own rules. According to records on hand and his background, Big Boss has an uncanny ability to influence and hold sway over other humans, particulary soldiers and children.

She will occasionally pull a "Macgyver" if the situation calls for it. That means she might use hangers to pull down ladders, nutcrackers to break locks, and things of that sort.
✖ BACKGROUND: Originally born Alessa Gillespie, a strong psychic, she was turned into the vessel for The Order's God. During the ritual Alessa split her soul in two, one half appearing near the Mason couple. They adopted this mysterious baby and named her Cheryl. Seven years later Cheryl and Harry were going to Silent Hill when, upon seeing Alessa crossing the road, he swerved and crashed the car. During Harry's adventure in Silent Hill, Alessa and Cheryl were reunited. As Harry left Silent Hill, Alessa - now the Incubator - appeared before him one last time. She gave him another baby - this time the child was the newly merged Alessa. He called this child Cheryl, and raised her on his own. At some point the remaining members of The Order began to chase down the father and daughter. Cheryl's name was thus changed to Heather in hopes of hiding her identity form The Order. Shortly after her seventeenth birthday The Order's current leader, Claudia, appeared before Heather and awakened her past self. She does this originally at the mall Heather was in, but completed her goal upon slaying Harry Mason. Seeking revenge, Heather traveled to Silent Hill. During her experiences in Silent Hill, she discovered that she was incubating God once more, history nearly repeating. This God was feeding upon Heather's darker feelings, her rage and hatred. When Heather arrived at the church, confronting Claudia for the last time, she rejects the God inside of her. Using the aglaophotis that Harry had hidden within her precious locket, Heather purges the fetal deity from her body. Claudia, who will not let her mission to bring God back end like this, takes the deity inside of her own body and gives birth to Silent Hill's God. Although Heather has been robbed of her goal to kill Claudia, she will not let this continue. Eventually, she slays the twisted deity. CDC recruited Heather shortly there after.
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Heather is the average sarcastic teenager that is more or less a loner but craves family ties. Further more, she craves a father figure. She has moved from town to town, city to city all of her life. She has not made many notable relationships beyond that of her now deceased father, and later, a detective named Douglas. Heather does not trust easily, having learned that betrayl comes very quickly. She also may come off as very rude, pushing people as far away as possible, and her sense of humor is a little skewered. She will gladly help those in need, but she may be hesitant at first. Recently Heather has become aware of Alessa's memories stirring inside of her. She may slip into Alessa's personality if only for a brief moment should certain conditions be met.

✖ BACKGROUND: Born on Earth, Keyes joined the UNSC during the war against the Insurectionists and after an incident in his OCS years where he refused to testify against his instructor an an accident that injured him, was nearly drummed out of the service. Instead he was shuffled to act as Catherine Halsey's Navy escort during the SPARTAN-II program recruitment and after his association with her was stationed aboard multiple vessels when he wasn't an instructor on Luna. Recently served aboard the Iroquis and came up with his Keyes Loop as well as served aboard the doomed Pillar of Autumn during the Battle of Reach, he captained her until it's crash on Halo Installation 04. Whilee on Installation 04 he also came across the Flood parasite and was consequently infected by it, which in part caused his death shortly there after.
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: A reliable officer and tactical genius, Keyes has proven himself time and again over his years of service to the UNSC. Often taking a fatherly role with his crew, Keyes relies on them and will always look out for them to the best of his abilities and tends to consider the lives of others before his own. Unafraid of being creative in his tactics, Keyes can also be stubborn when he considers himself right but will acknowledge when he's screwed up or it was close. He doesn't consider himself a hero and is very down to earth compared to his fellow UNSC officers and always treats others with respect. Is also capable of keeping a secret, even under torture.

✖ BACKGROUND: Sidel Blanchet appears to be a typical human that fills in the occupation of assistant fashion designer. Though he plans to lead a normal life, he is plagued by unrecognizable visions of the past from a very young age. This abnormality is only found in a handful of people which leads to the creation of two organizations that share one common goal: manipulate fate with this phenomenon coined as "resonance". Being one of those few people, Sidel finds himself targeted by both organizations.
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Intensely scatterbrained, Sidel Blanchet comes off as a space case. He dozes off and seems to acquire a certain level of selective hearing. When he does pay attention, it comes with an avalanche of sharp, rude words. Aside from that, he prefers to keep his distance, but doesn't come off as extremely hostile. While he isn't one to create bonds so easily, he is fairly cooperative, amicable (though more in an amorous manner), and diligent when it comes to work.

✖ BACKGROUND: After his parents were killed in front of him at age eight Mako lived on the streets of Republic City with his brother working for a gang to make sure they survived. Honest living came in the form of a mentor for pro-bending, the world’s most popular sport, and through it Mako met Avatar Korra; keeper of balance in the world. He helped her save the city against a revolutionist and became a police officer shortly afterwards. Since then he has helped save the world as well.
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Self-contained and level headed in most situations. Not the easiest to get along with. Street life has left him rude and untrusting of new people while being protective of those he knows. He will assist someone in dire need of help if the situation arises. Reliable for crucial matters. Gives horrible advice on relationships.

The verdict's out on this one. ✖ NOTABLE SKILL SET/S: Sephiroth is an expert in hand-to-hand combat, particularly swordplay with his massive katana, Masamune. He's also skilled in various forms of magic, can fly, and is able and willing to employ lethal amounts of raw force whenever the situation calls for it. Mako infusions in his body have made him faster, stronger, and much more durable than your average human. He can cleave through buildings without issue and withstand plenty of punishment before going down, making him an ideal candidate for missions requiring frontline support.
✖ BACKGROUND: Sephiroth was born and raised as an experimental soldier for Shinra Electric Power Company's use; origins beyond this are largely unknown, but he seems to have ulterior motives for joining up with the CDC and is not to be trusted beyond basic mission directives.
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Taciturn, withdrawn, and more than a little unfriendly, Sephiroth is probably the last person you'd invite to an evening social. He's nasty, proud, and quite eager to show off the devastating power that made him a legend back home. Irrevocably insane, Sephiroth is just as likely to stab you as he is to betray you. Sephiroth ultimately fights for his own sake and has no concern for the welfare of his allies; he will obey orders from those who hold his leash, but anyone attempting the arduous task of befriending him is in for a long, long road, indeed.

✖ BACKGROUND: When a war with Britannia took away his country's dignity and rights, Suzaku killed his prime minister father when he was unable to influence his poor political decision-making. Afterward, he gained honorary citizenship in Britannia and became a soldier in their army. He was given a powerful Knightmare Frame and turned out to be the only one skilled enough to pilot it, and uses it to combat the Black Rebellion, led by Zero, who is actually his childhood friend Lelouch in disguise. He later meets a princess of Britannia, Euphemia, and works with her in attempting to change the relationship between Area 11 and Britannia for the better, becoming her personal knight. She is manipulated by the power of Geass to assassinate all the Elevens and dies shortly after. Following that, Suzaku becomes a member of Britannia's elite forces, the Knights of the Round, intending on taking control of Area 11 by rising through the ranks from Knight of Seven to Knight of One.
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Suzaku is a serious, quiet sort who favors business over fun. In the past he was more capable of acting personable, but since becoming a Knight he prefers to stay focused on his goals. Despite this, he is a very gentle and caring person, and will go out of his way to defend the weak rather than follow orders every time. He has a deep sense of self-hatred and guilt over the murder of his father and lives his life somewhat recklessly, in the interest of putting himself to some use and hopefully dying in the process. He can be prone to a violent temper at times, and is not the type to be driven by logic, but by intuition and emotion. Still, when he does allow himself to have fun, he can be quite a good friend and sometimes forgets to maintain his serious attitude.

✖ BACKGROUND: For the first few years of his life, Kouha lived as a low-ranking prince, the third son of the emperor's younger brother. When the first emperor died and his father became the new ruler, however, Kouha took up his role as one third in line to the throne, ready to support his brothers and sisters as they continued to expand their empire's borders. That rapid, ever-changing pace never let up, and at age 16, he conquered the dungeon "Leraje", becoming a metal vessel user with the power of a djinn of "strength" magic. Since then, he has been working as a high-ranking official for the empire's army and a diplomat to countries they plan to conquer. By now, he's even faced down an invading, alien god of disaster trying to kill his world, so the CDC can't have much to teach him, right?
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Raised as the prince third in line to the throne of his nation, Kouha is a spoilt, arrogant, blunt man who sees no reason to force himself to be something he's not. A somewhat charismatic leader, Kouha is amazingly loyal to his men, now matter their background, character flaws or looks. His family and empire is his first priority in most things, which makes him perfect at following orders, so long as he believes they will serve his king and country in the long run. ✖ BACKGROUND: As a child, Kurt was chosen for and subsequently kidnapped into a secret government military program where they took the most exceptional of children and molded them into the best soldiers humanity has ever seen. Subjected to a battery of illegal surgeries and experimental drugs, the children were altered until they were at the peak of human perfection. Dubbed “Spartans” these teenage soldiers were sent out into battle against the human Insurrection and then the Covenant, a conglomerate of alien races bent on the total destruction of humanity. Kurt however was tapped and kidnapped once again into another shadowy military program where he’s spent the last twenty years training a new generation of Spartans on a secret ONI military base at the edge of explored space.
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: A career soldier, Kurt is everything you’d expect out of a UNSC officer and a Spartan. He is calm under pressure, brave, cares about those who serve under him and is ready to lay down his life for what he believes in. He is unusually friendly and empathic for a Spartan and enjoys engaging those around him. Unfortunately, the necessity of war means that he’s done things over the years he’s not proud of and it’s left its toll on his spirit and mind.

✖ BACKGROUND: Born in the humble village of Gongaga, Zack Fair has always been an idealist and a dreamer. Leaving home at a young age, he joined the elite fighting force of Shinra known as SOLDIER in the hopes of becoming a hero. Zack quickly rose through the ranks and attained the rank of First Class when he was barely 16 years old. His military experience is extensive, though his career in SOLDIER was cut short after a failed mission in Nibelheim. Taken by the Shinra scientist Hojo, Zack spent four years as an unwilling test subject, along with Cloud Strife. He escaped with his friend only to be cornered by Shinra's army a few months later. He successfully protected his friend at the cost of his own life.
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Honest. Dedicated. Loyal. Zack Fair is one to place the well-being of others before himself in most, if not all scenarios. He's quick to protect, slow to anger, but not one to trust easily despite his friendly nature. Generally level-headed, he thinks like a soldier without ruling out emotion entirely.

✖ BACKGROUND: An agent of SHIELD, Clint Barton was in charge of the security detail around the hammer Mjolnir following the arrival of the Norse god Thor in New Mexico, and later on was recruited into the Avengers in order to combat the attempts of Loki to take over Earth. He was briefly complicit with Loki's plans, as he was placed under mind control and used as an asset due to his knowledge of SHIELD's workings and its current members. However, he was brought back into the fold by Natasha Romanoff (who he was responsible, in turn, for recruiting into SHIELD), and assisted in the final battle of the Avengers against Loki and the Chitauri he had summoned to aid him.
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Though Clint's moral compass points, by and large, in the right direction, it's a personal moral compass rather than one necessarily dictated by his peers or superiors. He is observant and selfless to a point, a trait that is sometimes obscured by the part that humor plays in his usual behavior. Even in tight corners, he finds the space to crack wise and, given the chance, show off his skills with a bow and arrow. However, he is aware that he is fallible, and for all that he seems to be easygoing, the implication arises over and over that he has his fair share of secrets. But personal demons are no excuse for sloppy work, and it's apparent that he doesn't have any trouble keeping his head down and getting the job done when circumstances demand it.

✖ BACKGROUND: Born on Cocoon, Serah lost her parents at an early age, leaving just an older sister to take of her. At the age of 18, her curiosity led to her being branded a l'Cie and causing a string of events resulting in her being turned to crystal. A goddess eventually lifted this curse only to deliver another one when Serah was 21: making her a seeress. Harboring visions of all possible futures, she then set off on a journey to find her recently missing sister and restore the proper timeline alongside Noel Kreiss. They failed.

✖ BACKGROUND: As with most turians, Garrus Vakarian was trained as a soldier. He served for several years in C-Sec before joining with Commander Shepard on the SSV Normandy. During the attack on the Citadel, Vakarian was part of the small team that took down Saren Arterius and stopped Sovereign's invasion. After the destruction of the SSV Normandy Garrus went off the grid only to turn up again on Omega, as the vigilante codenamed Archangel. Recruited again by Commander Shepard, Garrus was instrumental in stopping the Collector attack and therefore in delaying the reaper invasion again. He was promoted to Advisor to the Hierarchy after the events at Aratoht grounded Shepard, and proved his earning of the position when his efforts saved billions of lives when reapers hit turian space. Most recently, Garrus resumed his position on the Normandy SR2 to assist in the war effort from there.
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Focused on fixing wrongs and defending those that cannot, Garrus is not the type to ever sit idle. He takes shortcuts that are not always entirely legal but he does wind up on the side he views as right at the end of the day. Garrus seems friendly and open, but the sarcasm and joking around is more often used as a shield to keep people from getting too close too fast. Once befriended, though, Garrus is entirely loyal. He's also clear-headed, making him dependable adn solid leader when not in the presence of someone he has chosen to defer to.

✖ BACKGROUND: A former member of the now defunct elite black ops military group "FOXHOUND", with extensive VR mission training. Received code name "Raiden" while infiltrating the Big Shell, an off-shore decontamination facility occupied by terrorists (which was merely a cover up for the construction of a gigantic mobile nuclear-equipped fortress). Parents murdered and raised as a child soldier in Liberia, Raiden became a captain of a small boys unit at the age of ten and proved particularly adept with blades, which he still favors to this day. Raiden had, until recently, been unaware of his darker history because of drug-induced memory suppressants. His real name is Jack. He has a newly-wed wife with one child on the way.
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: While seemingly inexperienced and naive, Raiden is haunted by his past. Suspected sufferer of PTSD. As a result he may employ stoicism as a mask, and appear cold and standoffish towards others. Despite his best efforts, emotions more often than not impede his judgement. He is not without a sense of humor, expressed mostly through sarcastic quips and teasing which he can give much better than receive. Seems nice enough once you get to know him. Raiden is earnest and dependable, though he is still trying to figure out who he is and his place in the universe. Enjoys kaiju-themed and 80s action films.

✖ BACKGROUND: Second child of Gregory Talbot and Miriam Feldman, sister to now deceased Samuel Talbot. Hanna Talbot is a powered human with the capability to create and manipulate fire at will. As a young child, she hid her powers until she, one day, accidentally set her house on fire. The admission of her powers to her parents created a severe rift between herself and her parents. The death of her brother, the only person to support her no matter her powers, nearly ruined her and ultimately finalized the separation between herself and her parents. With no universities willing to accept her on the basis of being unstable, Hanna sought out her own life, stealing a large sum of her father's money and living on her own. After various jobs, Hanna was approached by the US Military, offering an alternative to being processed into the Warrior Circuit, a brutal system designed to control the population of superhumans by having televised gladiatorial fights. She was among the first to be recruited into an experimental military unit involving the use of powered humans as an elite fighting force for the United States Army. Her powers manifested at a young age but has only recently begun to learn how to control the flames she can create and use them as an offensive tactic.
✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Rebellious by nature, Hanna Talbot does not easily take to orders, nor does she fully accept any authority. She openly questions superiors and will readily defer to her own instincts instead of accepted protocol or authorized plans. Hanna can be highly emotional, especially when angry or scared, which affects not only her mental state but the control of her powers. Her bravery is of note, though she has yet to learn when to fight and when to stand down. While reckless and stubborn, she will put herself in the line of fire first.
