PLACE OF ORIGIN & SPECIES: The Land of True Adults, one country in a huge, nameless world. Human.
DIET: Omnivore. Not picky in the least (used to living on portable rations).
NOTABLE SKILL SET/S: Marksmanship, knowledge and analysis of firearms, tracking, hunting, close-quarters combat, agility, evasiveness, motorcycle driving, strategic thinking, rational decision-making under stress. Also the fastest quick-draw you will ever see.

BACKGROUND:
Born and raised in a country where children undergo a surgery to remove their personal ambitions, a chance encounter with a traveler by the name of “Kino” drastically changed the course of their life. After speaking with the traveler, the child refuses the surgery and is nearly killed for being “defective”—Kino sacrifices his life for the child, who escapes on a motorrad (a talking motorcycle). The motorrad, named Hermes, mistakes the child for Kino. In that moment, the child decides to take on the name of Kino and become a traveler. Along the two's travels they've encountered much, such as a dangerous old woman they knew as “Master,” who taught Kino to fight, as well as a once-prince named Shizu and his talking dog Riku. Along with Hermes, Kino travels the vast world and visits countries in the world for three days at most. Each country is vastly different from the next and many are very dangerous...

CHARACTER ASSESSMENT:
One word: neutral. Used to being a foreigner in a foreign land, Kino watches and listens before speaking and acting. Though Kino has a sense of morality, they do not impose it on others unless the situation is truly heinous. Having witnessed both great atrocities and incredible wonders in their life, Kino is wary to new situations but always excited for the next discovery. Kino values all life as equal and does not see the life of a human being as any different from any other animal. Kino has little issue killing, especially if it's to protect their life or the life of someone innocent. Everything Kino does is for the sake of traveling, and traveling is for the sake of learning and discovery. The core of Kino's life is that of traveling, witnessing, learning, remembering, and philosophizing.
