Strategically competent. ✖ BACKGROUND: Dubbed "humanity's strongest soldier," Captain of the Survey Corps Levi has the humble origins of a poor, underprivileged thug and former gang leader from Wall Sina's Underground District. Eventually coming to lead the Special Operations Squad and sport the title of Captain, he develops unwavering esprit de corps and stands at the brow of the Corps top soldiers well into the breach of Wall Rose and the military's efforts to follow. ✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Let's just get this straight: the foul-mouthed and ineloquent, brash, often short-tempered and impatient, shameless "clean freak" Captain Levi's reputation sometimes precedes him. Though not a hair over five foot three, his looks fail to stay deceiving because he, like the rest of the Survey Corps' top brass, is willing to do anything to see to humanity's safety and where he's concerned, that specifically includes one hell of a lot of violence.
