He was born in Anchorage, Alaska, in Dec. 11, 1998, and enlisted to the PPDC at the age of 18 years old after graduating from high school. His older brother and co-pilot Yancy was KIA during their fifth deployment in Alaska; Raleigh was since retired after being discharged dishonorably for disobeying direct orders. Raleigh worked in construction for five years before being called back into service in 2025 by Marshall Stacker Pentecost. ✖ CHARACTER ASSESSMENT: Raleigh loves humanity but hates people. He's willing to die to save humanity, but he'd rather be left alone if he's sitting in a bar. He's civil by default but is not afraid of speaking up when he feels he ought to, and has a streak of maverick a mile wide when it comes to making calls out in the field. His fighting style has been called erratic, inconsistent, and unpredictable.
